Our skilled assessors and craftspeople will assess your home or business, taking into account any thermal efficiency measures you may already have in place and supply an individualised, detailed report providing practical solutions to make your building more comfortable and efficient, thus saving you money on energy bills, and reducing carbon emissions.
Upon receipt of your assessment, Ecocraft can implement the suggested measures to improve your building’s comfort and reduce those costly energy bills. You may opt to implement all measures at once, or you may elect to stagger them over time.
As well as retrofitting existing buildings we can provide assessments and advice for building or renovations to ensure the work addresses sustainability concerns. If you engage Ecocraft for your renovations, an assessment is recommend to get the most our of your project. However we can also work with your chosen builder or with owner builders to help increase the energy efficiency of your new building, extension or renovation.

Draught proofing is usually the first step in improving the comfort of your home. Up to 25% of heat can be lost or gained through gaps and cracks! This assessment will investigate any uncontrolled draughts in your home and provide you with a complete report detailing recommended draught proofing solutions with a fixed price quote. As an added bonus, we will also provide an estimate of any ceiling insulation requirements you may have.

Scorecard Assessment
• Residential Efficiency Scorecard
This Assessment provides an energy star rating for your home. In the same way as a fridge or washing machine has a star rating, a Scorecard rating shows how much energy is used throughout your home.
Assessments and information are tailored specifically for your home and are delivered by government-approved assessors.
The star rating provides an easy-to-understand snapshot of how your home copes with hot and cold weather. This allows you to compare your home’s energy use with similar homes and quickly see how to save money on your bills.
